21-year-old Caleb Harris was last seen in Corpus Christi, Texas on March 4, 2024. He vanished after he took his roommate’s dog out for a walk around his off-campus apartment.

Caleb Harris is originally from New Braunfels, Texas. He attended New Braunfels Christian Academy.

In 2024, Harris was enrolled at Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi where he studied Environmental Science. His dream was to work outdoors as a Texas Game Warden or as an Environmental Lawyer.

Harris lived with two roommates at The Cottages at Corpus Christi, a student housing apartment complex on Ennis Joslin Road near his university campus in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was an avid fisherman.

On March 3, 2024, Caleb Harris spent the night playing video games with his two roommates and a mutual friend at their off-campus apartment on Ennis Joslin Road in Corpus Christi, Texas.

On March 4, 2024, Harris, along with one of his roommates and a mutual friend, were captured on a nearby doorbell camera playing with his roommate’s new puppy in the apartment complex parking lot around 12:56 am.

The three young men then returned to the apartment and the friend left shortly after. Around 2:20 am Harris told his roommate who was going to bed that he was going to stay up and order lunch for the next day via Uber Eats.

Up until 2:45 am Harris sent various Snapchat videos to family members, including a video to his sister depicting him walking the dog through the apartment complex parking lot. Harris seemingly returned home with the puppy just before 3:00 am.

At 3:03 am, Harris sent one last Snapchat video to a friend, showing “a small bridge over a drainage ditch” located in the 1900 block of Ennis Joslin Road, about a hundred feet away from his apartment complex.

At 3:20 am, the Uber Eats driver arrived and placed the food order outside the front door as instructed, but Caleb Harris was nowhere to be seen. The food remained there until the next morning when it was found by one of his roommates.

Caleb Harris never returned home and hasn’t been heard from since. His roommate filed a missing person’s report with the Corpus Christi Police Department.

Caleb Harris left his keys, wallet and ID behind at home. His pickup truck was parked in front of his apartment.

He disappeared with his phone which last pinged to a nearby tower around 3:12 am before his phone either died or was turned off.

The female Uber Eats driver told police that she was driving alone that night and did not see Caleb or anyone else near the apartment complex when she delivered the food order at his front door as requested.

The circumstances of Caleb Harris’s disappearance remain unclear and his case is currently classified as missing. A $50,000 reward is being offered for information leading to Caleb’s safe return.
